This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be provided for services and products purchased from
HP Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. General Refund Terms
We always attempt to diagnose and resolve reported issues. Our first priority is to:
- re-perform the service
- provide technical support
- resolve service-related issues
If the problem cannot be resolved despite reasonable efforts, a refund may be considered as per this policy.
2. One-Time Services
Refunds for one-time or instant services may be issued only when:
- the service could not be delivered
- the technical issue could not be resolved
- the issue was within agreed scope
If a service is successfully delivered, the fee is generally non-refundable.
3. Subscription-Based Services
- If no issue is resolved within the first 15 days – full refund may be issued
- If one or more issues are resolved – no refund will be issued
- Refunds may be issued at company discretion after deducting service charges
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Period
- You must contact us within 7 days from date of purchase
- Unresolved valid complaints may be refunded
- Resolved cases are not eligible for refund
- Same problem recurring within 15 days will be fixed free of cost
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Lack of access or required details from customer
- Third-party or hardware related issues
- Misuse or unauthorized modification
- Violation of our terms
6. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds issued to original payment method only
- Processing time depends on bank/payment gateway
- Usually 5–10 working days
